Inquiries and shoot details
A form submission asks the studio to review your information and follow up. An on-screen acknowledgement or automatic email confirms receipt or processing only. It does not reserve a shoot date, accept a project, change or cancel an existing appointment, or confirm a price. Scheduling and changes need direct confirmation from TIDAL MEDIA.

Project scope and payment
Services, package descriptions and portfolio examples help start a conversation about your project. Confirm pricing, deliverables, revisions, usage rights, timing, payment terms and any exclusions in a separate written agreement with TIDAL MEDIA. This website’s inquiry forms do not take online payments. A guide download or inquiry does not purchase a service.

Information and materials you submit
Provide accurate contact and property information, and send only images or other materials you are authorized to share. Use the forms for genuine inquiries and shoot preparation. If an important detail changes after submission, contact the studio directly and include your reference number when available.

Portfolio and guide content
The website displays creative work, educational material and third-party names or logos. Viewing the site or downloading a guide does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish portfolio photographs, footage or brand assets. Contact TIDAL MEDIA about permission to reuse material. Portfolio examples and general content guidance do not guarantee particular views, leads, sales or other business results.

Website features and outside links
Videos, galleries, fonts, security checks and email delivery depend in part on external services and your browser or connection. A missing email does not by itself show whether a request was saved; keep any reference shown and contact the studio if you need confirmation. Links to external galleries, social profiles or other websites take you to services with their own notices and terms.

Privacy and contact
