This notice explains how the main TIDAL MEDIA website handles information from its contact, Social Media Branding guide and pre-shoot forms. For questions, email tyler@tidalmedia.nyc.
Information you choose to send
Depending on the form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, message, property address and size, listing details, access instructions, creative preferences and other shoot information you provide. The pre-shoot form also accepts an optional brand image. Include another person’s contact details or materials only when you are authorized to share them. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents through these forms.
How your request is used
We save your submission so the studio can review it, prepare for a shoot and follow up using the contact details you provide. The system requests an email acknowledgement to you and a separate notification containing your submitted details to the studio inbox. A guide request provides a download link and requests an email copy. These are request-related messages; the forms do not enroll you in an automated marketing sequence, make a booking or start automated calls or texts.
Storage and email providers
The website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare services. Form records are stored in a Cloudflare database, and uploaded images are stored in a private Cloudflare file bucket. The website’s image-download route requires the authorized studio owner to sign in; it does not provide a public upload link. Resend processes email addresses and message content to send acknowledgements, guide links and studio notifications. Those emails are also handled and retained by the sender’s and recipient’s email providers. See Cloudflare’s privacy information for its services.
Spam prevention
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals such as IP address, browser information and the site being visited to detect automated traffic. Our form handler also keeps hashed IP-address and email-address identifiers, counters and time windows to limit repeated submissions. The original email address remains in the submission so we can respond.
Embedded videos and fonts
Vimeo videos and Adobe Fonts connect your browser to those providers when loaded. Our Vimeo embeds request its Do Not Track mode, but essential player cookies and previously stored Vimeo cookies may still be involved. Read Vimeo’s player-cookie explanation. Adobe’s Fonts privacy notice explains the technical information used to deliver fonts, including receipt of your IP address; Adobe states that serving its website fonts does not set or use cookies.
Retention and your requests
Saved form submissions and uploaded images do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Copies may also remain in studio email and provider records. Email tyler@tidalmedia.nyc to request a review, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Include your submission reference if available. These requests require manual review; this website has no automatic self-service deletion tool.
Your choices
You can contact the studio by email or at (347) 922-0304 instead of using a form. Browser privacy settings can limit third-party connections or cookies, although some videos or security checks may then work differently. External galleries, social profiles and separate landing pages may use different services; review their notices when you visit them.
